Getting to know our clients well is what we feel sets Valued Wealth Management apart from other advisors. We want to forge life-long relationships. This is why we take the time to understand you, your family, your concerns and your goals before we begin to work together. During our introductory meeting, we will get a feel for the current state of your planning. We will answer your questions and explain our process, services and fee structure to determine if you and Valued Wealth Management are a good fit.

Our goal is to clearly demonstrate the benefits and satisfaction that may be achieved when you choose to take greater control of your future by engaging in our in-depth and comprehensive planning process. Below is a detailed description of The Valued Wealth Management Approach:

1. DISCOVERY MEETING

To properly advise you in the creation of your plan, we will devote the necessary time to learn about you and the current state of your financial and estate planning. At the end of this meeting, we should have a clear understanding of your goals and values and have the information needed to begin creating your plan. In this in-depth meeting we will:

  • Map out your assets, liabilities and income sources
  • Learn your income needs and wants
  • Determine your comfort level in regard to risk and volatility
  • Discuss your lifestyle plans, family situation, legacy desires, etc.
  • Determine your need for asset protection
  • Explore your insurance needs and current levels of coverage
  • Collect copies of all relevant statements and planning documents
  • Answer all of your questions and begin the asset aggregation process

2. CUSTOMIZED PLAN PRESENTATION

In this step, we will present our recommendations and explain how the different parts of your plan work together toward achieving your goals. We will discuss your plan and work with you to make any desired adjustments. At the completion of this meeting we will be ready to begin the process of implementing your plan.

3. FOLLOW-UP MEETING

A follow-up meeting, soon after your plan is implemented, is vital to its success. We will review your plan, set future expectations and discuss the outcome of any additional follow-up that may have been needed with other advisors (CPA, attorney, etc.).

4. ONGOING SUPPORT AND MONITORING

Life events and changing market conditions create the need for periodic reviews. We will monitor your portfolio and offer periodic review meetings to make adjustments and keep your plan current.
